Cancellation Policy
Upodcaster Booking and Cancellation Policy Booking Guidelines: • All bookings must be made in advance through our online booking system. • Bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed once payment is received. • Upodcaster members receive priority booking and discounted rates as part of their membership benefits. Cancellation Policy: • For Members: You may cancel your booking up to 4 hours before your scheduled session to avoid a cancellation fee. If you cancel within 4 hours of your session, a $20 cancellation fee will apply. • For Non-Members: You may cancel your booking up to 24 hours before your scheduled session for a full refund. Cancellations made within 4 hours of the session will result in the forfeiture of your refund, and no refund will be issued. No-Show Policy: • If you do not show up for your scheduled booking and fail to cancel within the allowed time frame, the session will be considered a no-show. No refunds or rescheduling options will be provided for no-shows. Rescheduling: • Members and non-members may reschedule their bookings up to 4 hours prior to their session at no extra cost. This policy ensures clarity and fairness while encouraging timely cancellations to avoid fees.
